       *Create a structure where personal involvement in Inviting people is paramount,

         desirable, and obtainable

       *Emphasize the role of building relationships in personal evangelism

       *Increase personal and corporate knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures

         which leads to Living Obedience

       *Create an atmosphere in which our body recognizes the need to be Discipled and to

         Disciple

    Through Ministry Teams:

       *Increase opportunities for leadership

       *Create opportunities for, and assimilate our members into service
